ORANGE SHIRT AWARENESS PINS!!

Change Starts Here

TISP believes the future generation are the key to a healthy and happy co-existence with all of mother earth. Our youth program involves passion and loving messages of how to bring traditions back in a modern way, coming together and providing traditional agricultural knowledge in a modern way to those who need and want it most. Learning how to harvest, practice ceremony, cooking traditional foods and going on medicine walks.

Change Starts Here

TISP was founded in the beginning of the pandemic, making everyone's safety our top priority. With online programs we were able to meet in a safe virtual space to discuss and learn multiple topics with Indigenous insights. Programs such as: sex education talks for youth, international Indigenous farming with Indigenous leaders from Nepal, how to grow medicines in an urban space and SO much more!

Make a Difference in the Community

To honour the survivors of residential schools, we have decided to run an awareness fundraiser all year round, where our team shares thoughts and views about the importance of orange shirt day (September 30th). Supporting local artist - Natalie Ortiz & Saga Kwendibenz. Pins range from $45-$65 each, with an additional $10.00 CAD for standard shipping. Half of proceeds will go to IRSSS or Orange Shirt Society and the other half will be used to continue running our youth programs.
Make a difference by showing your support with an orange shirt pin anytime of year!
